In summary, MBZ was a safe and effective oral agent in an aggressive animal model of TNBC LMD. MBZ may function by selectively targeting migrating tumor cells. These findings align with previous efforts involving MBZ and CNS pathology and further support the drug’s potential utility as an alternative therapy for TNBC LMD.
